As for schools, there are 10 public schools throughout the Crystal real estate market area and four private schools. Some of the top rated schools in the Crystal MN area include Forest Elementary and Neil Elementary School. Our children have seen their test scores improve as students in the Intermediate School District and we couldn’t be happier with the success they have achieved.
Many of the Crystal MN neighborhoods are located near lakes, parks and other community features. The Auditor’s Subdivision in Crystal is just a short distance from the airport as well as several schools for added convenience. Those schools include Odyssey Charter School and Northport Elementary School, among others. The Crystal neighborhood is a desirable neighborhood as John Grogan Park, Welcome Park and Forest School Park are just a short jaunt away.
Many of the ranch style homes in the Crystal real estate market can be purchased for around $100,000 to about $250,000 depending on the size and location of the home. But there are other homes that are more upscale in the high $400,000 range if your budget allows. Some homes offer lakefront property for glorious views and great outdoor opportunities with upgraded amenities for home buyers with a larger budget.
